as for 13 acres of palm, we target 1 acre to contribute 1 tonne. ie 1 tonne of rm400.00. thus, for 13 acres should contribute 13 tonnes ie 13 x rm 400 = rm1,200.00 per month. expenditure per month. pak lang - rm600 hashim- rm 800 wak jeman - rm 400 total per month rm 1,800.00 it seems that, expenditure is more than income by rm1,800 - rm1,200 = rm600.00 production of kebun sawah of 3 acres is rm67.00 less than a tonne. <b>lewas still does not harvest. why,? no man doing it. hashim still could not contribute fully. scope of work hashim, 1. grass cutting 2. seeding 3. clearing weeds 4. assistant to paklang. well, how long this deficit to hold? action. no hashim, reduce rm800 per month.. cost reduced to paklang and wak jeman of rm600 + rm400 = rm1,000.00 this will contribute income of rm200 per month.

total palm trees is 32 acres. for 1 acre to 1 tonne, there will be 32 tonne per month, if rm400 per tonned, the rm will be rm 12,000 per month. now kebun lewas of 6 ekars, kebun pusat of 6 ekars , sawah 3 ekars, pocket 2 acres still need 2 or 3 years to go. meaning that, by 2015, the production will increase to 32 tonne.

Our next plan.

Overall, with 32 acres of palm oil trees. Palm trees age varies from 7 years old to 3 years old.

Kebun 7 acres : 7 years old.
Palm harvested twice a week. For one time harvesting, output production varies from 1 ton to 3 tonnes. This equal to rm 400 to rm1200 per time harvest. With rm 400 per tonne.

Fertilizing and seed clearing is done monthly.

2 acre pocket land : 3 years old
Last time, 120 palm trees were established. However, with lack of monitoring and preventive secure of trees from babi n kerbau, left only few tress standing.

Now, with lembu at kebun 6 ekar, hashim shall have enough time to revisit and pampered the trees.

Mon, tue n wed, hashim clearing seeds, fertilizing, and clearing around trees bunch.
